1. How do I get to the collections on the website?

Viewing our wide range of collections is just a click away as you will notice from the menus preset at the top of the page. You can check out our featured collections on the main page or you can also check out our collections by category (like Sarees, Kurties, Pants, Palazzos, Skirts, Shrugs).

2. How do I search for pieces that match my price range?

As you browse through our collections, you will see a filter box on the left of the page. Using that, you can fine-tune your search preference per category based on your price range.

3. I am not satisfied with the product. I want a refund.

All refunds are subject to close scrutiny by kashvi as we have taken great measures to ensure that our product is delivered to you in the best possible conditions and if upon delivery, the product is not as shown on our websites or has incurred some defect or damage during handling or transport, we shall take it into investigation. We shall ask you to send us back the product and if we have found a defect caused by our side, we shall refund you the total cost of the product.

4. Do you also take orders for special alteration/stitching of the products?

If there are special guidelines that you want us to follow while your product is being made, you can send us a sample of the type of alteration/stitching you would like us to do. You can also send us the measurements as per your preference and we shall do our best to suit your needs.

5. I am a wholesaler. Does discount apply to all of the products that I purchase from kashvi?

Except for certain brands like Peora and Designers like Anant Kedia, all our other products are on discount for wholesale purchasing. Our sales executives will guide you through pricing upon purchase once you have contacted us.

6. What is your discount policy?

We have a standard discount policy throughout the website and all categories come under one policy. For more details about our discounting, refer to the buyer’s program.

It is easy to update your account and view your orders any time through 'My Account'. 'My Account' allows you complete control over your transactions on kashvisarees.com

  • Manage/edit your personal data like address, phone numbers, email ids
  • Change your password
  • Track the status of your orders

2. Is it necessary to have an account to shop on kashvisarees.com?

You can shop on kashvisarees.com as a guest user. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is recommended that you create one. By creating your own account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a public wishlist.

3. How do I know if my order has been confirmed or not?

Once your order has been logged and payment authorization has been received, the seller confirms receipt of the order and begins processing it.
You will receive an email containing the details of your order when the seller receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID (eg. OD01202130213), a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time.
You will also be notified when the seller ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s) so it will be easy for you to track your order.

4. I have already placed an order, but would like to cancel it. How do get it cancelled?

All our products, once ordered by customers have a one week time-frame wherein cancellations are accepted. Beyond that period, cancellations are not accepted.

After you have placed the order, we will send you a CONFIRMATION email and SMS with delivery details. We will try to dispatch your order as soon as possible and will keep you informed at every step of the way.
You can also track your order through our website or app by visiting ‘My account’ section.

2. What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

3. How do I pay using a credit/debit card?

>Credit cards
     We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page for entering the online Secure password.
>Debit cards
     We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard debit cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

4. Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?

Inland, products are shipped via courier or pay to transport facilities and if favourable, in your pin-code’s vicinity, cash-on-delivery is also available (except on wholesale or bulk purchasing). International shipments are carried out by trusted mailing services like DHL or FedEx..

2. What are your shipping charges?

Shipping cost is system generated and based on the total weight of the order and shipping location. Once, the customer enters shipping address for their order, they would be directed to the page, which would have shipping cost for the order before it get placed.

3. How can I track my order?

Once the order is dispatched, you shall receive an email and SMS notification that would contain the Carrier Name and tracking number, which you can track from their respective website or if the customer creates an account with us, they have the option to track order, after login from their account on our website.

4. How long will it take for delivery once my order has been placed?

Once, we confirm the order, it would take 3 to 5 working days to process your order through our system (more if stitching or any customisation is required). It would take 3 to 5 working days to deliver the order if the shipping location is serviceable by FedEx, Blue Dart, or Overnite Courier within India. If no courier services available at the location address, we would dispatch the order by local Indian Post services, which would take approximately 7 to 10 working days for delivery. All the overseas orders dispatched via DHL or FedEx and takes up to 5 to 7 working days to deliver the parcel. There may be delay in customs clearance for few countries.

Reward Point is the way to give bonus to our customers for their positive activities on our site. This reward is given as a gift from our side to boost up your interest towards purchasing.

3. How can I redeem my Reward Points?

You cannot use Reward Points along with the discount Coupons and your Reward Points cannot be cashed. They can be used as Discount on your purchase.
